I had a massage here a few days ago. It was NOT a relaxing experience. There were people speaking loud in the hallway right outside the massage room also the massage therapist I had was extremely rude and very rough. The next day I felt bruised and in a lot of pain. He would not listen to my request to ease up. Find a different place to have your massage. Not worth the money.

I joined last year and provided a credit card for billing. I then updated my account with my personal American Express months ago and they confirmed they do not keep the former cards on file. Guess what? They do. They are Not open for business for two months but collecting fees and charging cards. They without authorization hit my previous company credit card and charged it. I received a gift certificate...I have never had a facial where the esthetician had no light or magnifying glass to look at your skin before and after. What kind of facial doesn't evaluate your skin??? I emailed management with no response.
I called on 1/2 and attempted to make an appointment for a massage for 1/3 was rudely told the times I asked for were not available. I was not offered another day which I may have done. I am a member in Maryland my home state but occasionally have visited this location for a facial. Will NOT be returning to this location for a massage since I found another therapist closer. It’s unfortunate a member was talked to rudely on the phone.
