I really have nothing bad and all good to say. It was my first massage with them and they were great. Very inviting and friendly. Very professional!! I was lucky enough to get Omar and he was completely fantastic and professional. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I can't wait to go back next month!!

They made a mistake and did not put my account on a 6 month hold. I live out of State and told them that I could not come in. There are know Message Envys within 50 miles of me. I told this to the two employees I talked too.They have charged me twice for March. Talk to an employee on the weekend she said don't worry I will leave a detailed note for when the manager comes in on Monday they will make it right. What a joke. This was my first massage experience with Massage Envy. It was awesome! The front desk was very professional and my massage therapist Deeann was great! She really paid attention to my most tensed areas and worked her magic. I became a member and will be coming monthly.�
