I’ve had nothing but issues with my membership. I requested a cancellation and was still charged. I was finally able to get a refund after months of fighting with the not so nice manager. Only to be refunded to a cancelled card with no communication. Now months later I still have no refund and the manager won’t respond. Honestly don’t waste your time going to this location. Their customer service is horrible.

They’ve outsourced their calls to a horrible third party. I rescheduled my appt via text in response to their text and yet they said because I didn’t call that it’s like I didn’t cancel. I asked for manager to call me and they haven’t. Horrible service. They have changed for the worse!
