Loved my hot stone with Donald. But the office staff needs to get it together as far as communication with clientele. You should send emails when policy and procedure changes. I've been to a small handful of the message envy locations and hand not found "the one masseuse" I would go back to till now. He was so good I'm not naming names in fear of him booking up and being hard to get an appointment with. But thank you again. You listen to what i wanted and once we started you didn't talk till time was up. You were great!
I too have had my issues with Massage Envy as a whole. Used to go to the one on Fairmont but had issues with scheduling so switched to Clearlake. Found a wonderful therapist, who went back to school, tried another one, she moved to the Woodlands, so tried a new therapist Thursday, Kym. She was fabulous, deep deep pressure, through, loved it! Honestly the worst experience I have ever had when dealing with customer service issues. They receptionists over the phone are extremely rude. I recently was informed from another franchisee's manager that I could place a hold on my account even though they told me at this location that I was not able to do so. This is the second time they have messed up my account. They don't have a problem taking their $65 ( that they are not suppose to take ) but it's 7-10 business days for them to refund it. Michael is wonderful at giving a relaxing massage, while working out the knotted areas. He is always polite and professional, and I thoroughly enjoy my massages. Trying out a facial next time.
Donald was AMAZING! If you need deep tissue and relaxation, he's your guy!
This used to be such a great place to have a membership too. However, it has quickly gone down hill the last few months. My husband and myself have had several scheduling issues, recently. And nobody seemed to concerned. Set my husband up an appt yesterday for today at 11. He showed up only to be told it was yesterday at 11. I know for a fact it was today and even confirmed it several times with the girl before hanging up, because I recently had the same issue with an appointment for myself. Such a shame.
