Got a facial for the first time, it was amazing! Would for sure go back for another.
I had a facial and massage two days ago. The facial was amazing but the massage was grossly lacking. Lee was my massage therapist. After my facial, I had my massage in the same room. Unfortunately, there was no neck pillow. For 90 minutes, i laid my head side to side. I specifically asked for my shoulders to be worked on, and not my glutes. He worked on my shoulders for about 20 mins. and then proceeded to rub(not massage) the rest of my legs, arms, and back. He still did the glutes as well. This franchise's website's price list falsely boasts a 60 minute introductory massage for $65. I visited the location and was informed by the two employees at the front desk that a single 60 minute massage is $95. Staff was very friendly. VERY expensive massage.
