I have the same experience as people below. So many credits built up and every massage or stretch I book gets canceled before the appointment. It is so frustrating. I am unable to get a massage yet they keep taking the money out of my account every month. Last week I got three calls in two days cancelling services. Every massage appointment my husband has booked this year, ends up being cancelled by Massage Envy a day or two prior to the appointment. When he asks to reschedule, the first available evening appointment (because he works) is 6-8 weeks out. So he books again and they cancel again. Yet - they don’t forget to charge their $65 every month and we have zero recourse. He can freeze his membership, but then can’t use his accumulated visits if there is an available appointment. I had a great experience today with Erin! She was punctual, professional and very kind. Would definitely recommend her. Everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly and knowledgable, and I found the facility very clean. I can’t wait for my next massage in the future.
I’ve been a member here going on a year now. I’m nursing a running injury & when I called in hopes of getting an appointment sometime in the next several days they were amazingly accommodating and got me in today. I am feeling so much better after my Stretch & massage session this evening. I look forward to my appointment every month. Katy & Andria are both fantastic. I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so!
the ladies at Massage Envy Clay front desk are so positive, accommodating and efficient. my esthetician Claire was very professional and provided a relaxing and beneficial facial experience for me. My massage therapist Erin focused on the areas I needed help with the most and I felt so much better afterwards. I look forward to my appointments each month as a member.
