My husband bought me a gift card back in August not knowing why I dropped my membership with them. Their customer service is horrible, the appointment wait times are MONTHS out and they have nothing but excuses. Please beware of this place. It’s such a JOKE. Having a massage is supposed to be pleasant. This is a horrible place that will only add stress to your life.
The communication is very poor at Massage Envy Wesley Chapel. They suffer from errors of omission which usually costs their customers more money. For that reason alone, I refuse to do anymore business with them. The technicians do a wonderful job; they could have had a customer for life.
