I love the new and improved STAFF.. I must admit when I first started I stopped for a while because the staff wasn't pleasant and I've ALWAYS had a problem paying someone to be sharp and borderline RUDE to me. Upon returning I was SO pleased. The staff is WONDERFUL and my therapist Lydia is the BEST you can ask for. Massage Envy in Cedar Hill has to be the most unprofessional place know to man. Threaten me with calling the police! All because I said this shit is unacceptable. Reschedule my appointment and not inform me but quick to draft $60 monthly?! The therapist apparently quit last Saturday and I never received a call to reschedule, but I received email confirmation 2 days ago confirming the time and date I originally set it for over a month ago! Today I had a massage therapist and I didn't feel comfortable at all. I felt like I was wasting her time. I was late my fault but you got paid anyway and I didn't tip. I paid $79.99 for a 30 massage to be made to feel like crap and even more stressed when I came out then when I went in. Changes need to be made. So not cool!!!
