Customer service is HORRIBLE at this location especially. The employee who identified himself as Malik was extremely rude & very unprofessional. They have double charged my credit card account within the same week & have no explanation as to why. Malik was extremely incompetent & when he couldn’t explain refused to let me speak with a manager on duty or give me the corporate number, per my request.
