Not only is there a several week wait (?!) but in order to book an appointment that I’m paying for with a gift certificate, they require me to give them my credit card number over the phone. As someone who has had their information compromised several times, I don’t feel comfortable with that. So no option to walk in, no option to make an appointment. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told none were available. Very disappointed that I won’t be able to use the gift my husband gave me.

Vicki S. is the BEST! I have had many massages for my neck and shoulder pain. I went to physical therapy twice (two times a week) and saw a mobility specialist once a week and didn’t see any change. So not worth the time and money spent at those places. From the first visit with Vicki S. at Brownsburg Massage Envy, I have significant improvement in my neck and shoulders. Her technique is amazing!!
