I enjoyed my massage and facial. The front desk was nice and checked me in right away. My only concern is why does the company have so many restrictions for who I can give my membership services too? I have so many services that I haven’t used.
RecommendedI go at least once every month... most months I go twice. If I could afford it, I would go weekly! I get a ninety minute massage each time I go. I absolutely adore my massage therapist, Eli. He is professional and his massages are nothing short of magical! I look forward to each and every session! I leave feeling very refreshed and relaxed. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I get a warm greeting whenever I arrive. I highly recommend the Massage Envy at Woodmore.
I think that my massage therapist stretched mussels I didn't even know I had. I can't wait to go back to see if I can get more from this lovely experience.
The services are not consistent. Sometimes great, most times painful. The app is jacked up. The app tells me I owe one price and they tell me I owe something else. They're terrible with communication, and because they're terrible with communication I've suffered at least 4 financial dilemmas because of them including an unauthorized charge. I go monthly and look forward to seeing Paul every time!! He is amazing!! He has blessed hands and knows what he is doing!! He has me snoring, drooling, moaning and exhaling..all in 90 minutes!! I feel like a new woman every visit!!60 minutes is just not enough time because it goes so fast when you’re having fun!! Oh and the receptionists are pleasant!!

I’m on the receiving end of strong arm tactics from your laurel MD location while trying to cancel a ”membership” that I never used once! When I asked to cancel im receiving the run around. Can someone please advise?
