I feel so relaxed and loose following my session. Definitely worth the visit.
Made an appointment a month ago. They confirmed with me the day prior to my appointment. Then I got a text 20 minutes before they closed that night, that my appointment was canceled. No offer for another time, no way to reschedule that week, and nothing offered for the inconvenience. Massage Envy has a cancellation policy. There’s a penalty if you cancel at the last minute for your massage. Apparently, nothing happens on their end if they cancel at the last minute with you.
Great customer service. This is my 2nd visit, and I'm a little disappointed. My service provider was great, very friendly, and great hands, but my time was shortened. I did not get into the room until 610pm (that's okay), but when I sat up on the table to get myself together it was 7pm. He had to go back out the room to get the lotion, but yet I was shortened on my time. I understand 60mins may not be a full 60 minutes but my massage was not even 50minutes. I was very please with my massage. Paul was very professional and accommodating. The customer service agents could be more attentive.
