Massage Envy - stay away from this business. Shady practices and awful customer service. A place that doesn't let you out of a 12 month contract, three months in when you're dissatisfied with the service and policies. It is not as if they have staffed out for a year. Unscrupulous.
Horrible management, extremely poor customer service. Absolutely horrible owners.
They just take your money and not inform you what's going on so you ultimately loose all your credits so you pay LOTS of money for NOTHING � Horrible.
I had a wonderful time, it was great my very first massage ever and was pleased plan on going again
Love it. I've had multiple therapist and they are all great.
Little on the pricey side but worth it for the most part. And after a relaxing massage, they try to get you to sign up as a member. Why not do that before the massage instead of when people are done and just want to leave, relax, and go about their day?
This is a great place to get a massage. Ask for the best and they deliver.
I've been coming here every two weeks for about a year now, and the staff is great! Everyone is welcoming, and my therapist is always prepared. She's done a great job of working on some really tough spots, and has definitely made a positive difference for me.
