I always enjoy my 90 min. massage when I go there. My regular therapist was out with the flu and I had another therapist named Jeffrey. Great massage and he was very professional. Good at finding all the needed muscles to work the stress out. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to start a membership. They have some new services to try out as well.
My mom calls to make an appointment and Tonnie the main manager and one of the other managers answered the phones and were very rude, my mom goes to hang up and realizes that they didn’t hang up, so we stayed on the phone and listened to them talk shit about her for about 15 minutes. We have it all on video. Call back the next day to cancel the memebership someone else helped her thru that process and once again, they did not hang up and started talking shit again. I love this place! Every therapist that I have encountered has been awesome. I am a regular customer of Kate and I highly recommend her! She has really helped me feel better! Their rates are affordable and well worth the money.

I've been a member at Bend Massage Envy for over 3 years and never have problem with them. The appointment process always smooth, many times they helped me out with even with a very short notice due to my hectic schedule. I am not a picky person, and amazingly every therapist they chooses for me are great. I got repeated great therapist based on the needs, cause sometimes I need deep tissue massage and other time just for relaxation.
