They have changed the hours. Only open until about 4:00 pm weekdays this changes on a whim. They are closed weekends and it is impossible for a working person to get an appointment. They still advertise old hours even on this page so they can continue to get people to sign up for memberships. If you can get an appointment they cancel it.
My son and wife cannot get a couples massage unless they come in the middle of the workday! Unhelpful responses such as “ nothing we can do unless you we get more therapists that work weekends” isn’t cutting it. Gift card needs refunding unless they honor it. Who ever heard of a massage place unable to accommodate a massage at the weeken?
By actually running a business where people work and provide services for what we are pre-paying for - this is illegal to take money for a service you can't provide!
What could they do to improve...where should I start? How about answering the phone? Hiring some massage therapists that show up to work so appointments are not always cancelled? Do what is necessary to keep good massage therapists employed vs leaving? Give me my monthly payment back when all 3 massages I schedule in a month are cancelled? I could go on, but not worth the effort.
Hire people who can give massages during your operating hours or change your hours.
I've been calling for 2 days, left messages, emailed, and sent a message on Facebook to try and make an appointment and no one will answer the phone or call me back. very disappointed.
Omg I just had the worst massage I have EVER had, and I didn’t even think it was possible to have a bad one. I’m not even sure the guy had ever gone to Massage school. It was like having a guy rub sunscreen on you, or trying to give you a massage and having no idea what he’s doing. Half way through I said I didn’t feel well and left. IT. WAS. AWFUL.
They were extremely rude over the phone when I attempted to book an appointment. It was to the point that I decided not to make an appointment and declined my appointment that was already paid for.
