Bought memberships last year after being pressured at check out. They offered us a discount since it was my fiance and I, never received the discount. When I called and spoke with the manager she said it was because our license aren't at the same address, but it wasn't an issue when we signed up. Then every time we call to make an appointment there are no openings, especially for couples. Cancelled memberships since we are paying for services that are never available.
