Wanted my lady to focus on my head, face, shoulders, back and glutes. She barely rubbed my head and spent 40 minutes on one side of my back (It was a prenatal massage) and then rushed through everything else. My face was never touched and my glutes were pushed on twice. Being 20 weeks pregnant I was having hip and lower back pain and I didn't feel any better when I left. Not super impressed.
My husband and I have been a massage envy members for 8+ years. Had to cancel because we don’t have time to use it anymore, and I don’t want to keep paying and accumulating more massages, so I cancelled. I was aware of their egregious 10 day cancellation notice and sent in my forms 10 days prior to my billing date and they still charged me. Latoya gave me a wonderful extended facial today. My skin is glowing and soft and I felt so relaxed after, I practically floated out of there. She also exfoliated my hands which was a nice treat after the dry winter months. Making appointments is easy and convenient online. The front desk people are always super friendly and helpful. Always great experience here. <3
It was my first time there. The massage therapist Paul, was so good, and he have super soft hands. The young lady at front desk was very friendly.
Me and my mom always get mare for facials! She's amazing! My brother got Amelia and she was highly recommended for a massage and she was really good as well. Love getting pampered 😍
