Experience based on urgency, customer service, and inadequate management. I have paid for 3 months straight and still have never been able to get scheduled. They canceled one hour before my appointment.
I saw Jared today. I hadn’t had a massage in probably 5 years. He was amazing and I left very relaxed. Kept checking in to make sure I was ok and asked lots of questions to make sure he helped with any discomfort.
I was impressed with how organized the Grand Re opening was. And all of the new techniques. Looking forward to my next massage and facial. With Katie Sheean
