On today Daniel was my therapist and he was amazing. I had an amazing experience so I decided to go ahead and become a Massage Envy member and already booked my appointments 3 months out.
I love the customer service the therapist are nice and polite. I mainly love the facials.
I love this place!!! I just hate I stay away too long! I can’t wait for my next appointment on the 17th!!! I may even look into booking when I go out of town because I have a lot of unused hours!

Had a massage with Jason today. I was having some back/shoulder issues. He was probably the best masseur I have ever had. And that is saying a lot, as I have had many a massage treatment...and in BIG city spas. He was very communicative and made the experience very laid back and comfortable. His skills were perfection.
Wow, a person sneezes and you deny them service? Then, to top it off, you charge them?!?! Do you not realize that you are in Augusta, GA and there is pollen everywhere?!?! Don’t even think of blaming it on the flu, because that season is now in serious decline. I think somebody needs to go through some customer service training.
Charmaine was awesome! Hands of a goddess literally almost put me to sleep! Best believe I’m coming back!
