Thieves... We paid for 6 massages each for my husband and myself. We didn't use them and now they suspended our account and all 12 massages gone. Don't sign up with them they offered us a $60 gift card in lieu of over $1000 in paid massages.
It is pointless to have the option to book online appointments if the staff is not competent enough to check the emails and book the appointment so that when the customer shows up for their appointment they can actually be seen and not offered the option to drive to the Easley location. I probably would have booked in Easley if that was my intention.
Fran at Massage Envy in Anderson, SC is excellent and so talented with her skills.
My husband and I have been going since April and have been extremely pleased with the customer service.
They are great and Tonya does a terrific job every time!
I have been going to the spa for over a year and a member for a little over a year. I have received great customer service from everyone I've talked with on the phone and in store. Kim is amazing with the facials. She takes her time to know about you and your skin. Josh has been nothing but great since my first visit. He always ask if there is any area that needs to be focused on.
A wonderful group of people who will take good care of you...customize your massage or facial.
