Anyone can rub you with lotion. I’m use to warmed lotions/oils, Aromatherapy in the room, Calm and relaxing music, hot towels, Non-rushed massage, FULL 1 hour massage (that I paid for), and actual relaxed muscles when I leave. I also paid extra for an exfoliating foot massage that was less exfoliating than my daily facial scrub. Staff was very nice. I just hate my birthday gift was spent on a massage here.

HUGE TRAP! I paid for at least six months on my membership and when they couldn’t reach me using the wrong phone number, they cancelled my membership. I never got to use any of the sessions I paid for. The manager referenced the contract and said there was nothing she could do about it, but something can ALWAYS be done to fix a mistake if they want to. Poor customer service and expensive lesson for me.
