I've been to several massage envys over the past year and a half. Seens to be difficult to make apts and each place seems to be worse then the other. Finally my luck changed.... Andre at ME on Kanan in Agoura is amazing and the only staff that has hospitality figured out and are very accommodating. With I lived closer so I could just go to this one.

I have been to several Massage Envy locations and this is my favorite. The staff and the therapists are friendly and helpful. I've seen Donna and Natalia, and they are both wonderful - responsive to your needs and willing to tailor the session to best suit the client. The location is convenient, and the annual contract makes the massages better value for the money than paying for individual sessions. If you're looking for a cost-effective massage with caring therapists, I highly recommend Massage Envy Agoura Hills.
If I could I would give them 0 star. Today my wife birthday I was trying to surprise her, I made appointment for 10:15. We arrived at 10 am. The masses doesn't show up 10:45. We decide cancel it because the was really late. And the manager told she charged my card 50% anyway. For somethings I never did. He charge me because the person who supposedly give my wife massage late 30 minutes. I was charge for it. But I will go to see the manager lissa to see Why they did it
