Very disappointed! Booked day before appointment, was told had 24 hrs to cancel from time of booking. Had to cancel unfortunately, and called within the 24 hr timeframe. Manager got on with me and told me I confirmed the appointment and would be charged 50% of the cost of the session. Would not offer ANY explanation of how it was confirmed. I stated again what I was told the day before about the cancellation policy, and I was told I was being ‘hostile’ and abruptly hung up on. I called yesterday and made an appointment for today. I arrived on time for my appointment only to be told no appointment was made and that none would be available for a week. I pulled out my phone and showed her my call record. She said I could make another appointment but why would I after this experience? And after reading several poor reviews of this company, I am never coming back and I will NOT recommend ME to anyone else either. Went here for my birthday! They did not disappoint! It was so relaxing.
Michael is great! He listened and did exactly what my body needed. This was my 3rd session with him and each time gets better and better. Highly recommend!
