Terrible customer service, they were late to take me back to my appointment then cut my hour long massage by over ten minutes. Not to mention my masseuse kept sneezing and blowing her nose the entire session. When I complained to management about how I was cut short she offered to give me a massage at the beginner price (like I would ever actually go back there). Very unprofessional make sure you watch the clock and don't get cut short!!
