I have tried to fix my account six times - robo calls continue to say my account has issues. When I call the Hyde Park office no one there seems to be able to fix my account, or know what the problem is. Now they have turned my account over to a collection agency! The corporate franchise office is not interested in helping. Across the board, they have very poor customer service / account management.

Massage Envy is a wonderful place with an excellent staff team that really emphasize with their customers. I have been seeing Scott for almost a year now an I regret nothing about paying that $65 a month. Overall I feel so much better and the staff knows me by heart. It is the best deal in Cincinnati ad is worth signing up for over time the money, and wellness really adds up. I suggest everyone joins Massage Envy especially HYDE PARK!

My mom and I had a couples massage for my 40th birthday yesterday. The manager went above and beyond to transfer my membership with ease and the massage therapist, Auna and Shelby were excellent. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time.
