Similar to what the past few reviews have said, I have also had a terrible experience with the customer service at ME Hyde Park. While the massage was fine and the front desk employees were nice enough, the franchise owner/sales manager has been a nightmare to deal with. A simple mistake on their part about a gift card could have been easily solved, but instead was blamed on me, then blamed again on employees who "no longer work there". This location was great when I started going there. However, it's gone downhill fast. They let me sit in the "relaxation room" for 25 minutes while they decided on what they would tell me when they realized my therapist wasn't even there, then when I asked what they would do to fix the problem I was told "well we could just not give you anything." It's just one thing after another. They can't keep therapists at the location and I'm constantly being called to move my appointments around with another therapist. Massage Envy, I... read more
