I feel like if the owner and the manager cared more about the customer and their employees instead of money and numbers they would actually have a successful franchise.
I saw Karen and she was amazing! She addressed every issue and was very calming. My past 3 weeks have been beyond overwhelming and Karen melted all of it away. I slept like a champ!
Overall I love this place, have been a member for several years and have one therapist that I specifically ask for every time. But it is VERY frustrating when I call to schedule an appointment and I can't get through. The phone rings and rings to the point I'm thinking I called the wrong number and then finally the voicemail picks up. You are loosing business by not answering your phones!!!!
