RecommendedI am not a regular customer, but I went today and saw Charles and he was great!! Total gentleman and even showed me some stretches I can do on my own to help with my shoulder pain! I will definitely be going back to see him again!!
I had this service for a year and the massage therapist that we always worked with left. We informed them in early March we would not be coming back! Fast forward until today when I wake up to a charge on my account from them. When I contacted them they told me that I may or may not get a refund for it! They are shady and very rude.

Absolutely horrible management at your Mooresville, NC location. Took a very simple problem and instead of fixing it they made matters a million times worse. manager Lindsay does not need to be a manager if she can't keep expired products off her shelves. I have been a customer for 11 years and that stops today.

Yes! I went for the first time today my girls pampered me for my bachelorette party by paying for my first time there. I wanna say Thank you for Kristen for making me very comfortable. I will def be back.

My mom gave me one of her massages as a little pick me up. Courtney was my therapist and she was great! She listened to all my needs. I left feeling a lot better However your first interaction with massage envy is with the front desk gals & let me just say.... wow.
