I'm traveling and a member of Massage envy. I urgently needed a massage for my sore shoulders.. The staff here was very understanding and I was able to be quickly booked for later in the day. Going to a new massage location is always an act of courage. I found the Massage Envy location to be clean and we'll appointed. I came in expecting a relaxing massage and left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Rosa Perez who worked on me was rude and acted as though I a nuisance to her rather than a client. No one should be made to feel that way when they’re paying for a service. Very disappointing experience.
While the facility itself was clean and the experience started off fine, the conduct of massage therapist Rosa Perez was unacceptable. She was hostile, beligerent, and made racially charged remarks toward a relative of mine. I was genuinely appalled by her behavior. This is not the type of environment anyone expects when paying for a professional massage service. Massage Envy should take immediate steps to address this, as no client should ever be treated this way.
I was not very happy with Rosa Perez when it came down to my mother going there. She is very rude and racist. I do not feel welcomed nor comfortable. If you’re black, do not go there! She judges us because we are wealthy and stable too! Not great customer service at all. I rate it at -0! Smh
