Avoid at all cost, this place is a scam. I have 23 credits of massages which they are attempting to not let me access. The customer service is anything but what its supposed to be. I spoke to Michelle and she ignored everything i was saying and just kept repeating that i need to keep paying to use the credits i already have.
I've usually had very positive experiences with Massage Envy, regardless of location, but today's experience was very disappointing. I booked a deep tissue massage in Northbrook. The therapist barely applied any pressure - probably the lightest massage I've ever had. Secondly, I had logged into the website to book, which showed a $120 promotional price for a 90-minute massage. I booked under that quote.
