Was a member for 3 years. The quality of Masseuse they hire is going downhill. Very difficult to cancel a monthly subscription and any left-over unused massages expires. I was going there because of Pepsi, but since she left the last masseuse i had was “deep tissue” expert but barely massaged me. I could not believe the quality!
I’ve been a Massage Envy member for many years and I’ve never experienced pressure like this until recently. Like last year, the manager approached me with a very long and confusing holiday promo. I explained politely that it didn’t seem clear - not just for long-time members like me, but for any member. This location is a wonderful place to get a massage. The manager is nice and the customer service is great. I am hesitant to mention the masseuse that I like to book with as he is already hard to get into and so great. After I leave, my pains are significantly reduced.
