I got my first facial from Jaylen. And wow he did an amazing job. My face has never felt this amazing. He talked me through everything he was doing, and made sure i was comfortable. He was so professional, I will definitely be returning to him to do my facials.
If you have the pleasure of getting Tamara, you're in great hands. She alone gets 5 stars. However, this place gets 1 star for lack of convenience (i.e. location/parking), and the young lady at the front desk. It's ashame I didn't get her name—but upon arrival, she was dismissive, ignored me and showed no interest to assist me. The young man behind the desk had to save that awkward silent moment, and set things up for me when he saw she wasn't even acknowledging my presence.
