The front desk staffs was amazing , however the massage was 2 out of 10 for me . Felt like I was with someone that was just learning . I expressed where I needed the most that didn’t happened. Just a bad message.

Mike did a excellent job
I had a very disappointing experience at this Massage Envy location. I booked a facial with Sasha. Unfortunately, she arrived 33 minutes late, which already cut into my appointment time. On top of that, the facial lasted only 45 minutes instead of the full time I expected (60 min). Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had here, and I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.
Was so relaxed I fell asleep and didn’t realize it
