Audrey is awesome! Shout out to Audrey! A small mishap (on my part) nearly ruined my scheduled couples massage. Audrey got right on it and was able to straighten out the problem before I had a complete meltdown. This type of customer service is something I rarely see because she went above and beyond to help me. Great job and tons of appreciation from me!
