I'm a clinical massage therapist and I get regular massages. I can't imagine my life without them. However, this particular space is one of the most cozy spaces I've been in. Its like walking into a beautifully decorated cave. Its dimly lit and super quiet. No chatty employees in the halls, and a nice lounge separate from the main lobby at the reception desk. This was my first experience with Massage Envy, and unfortunately it was very disappointing from start to finish. I booked and paid $143 for a 90-minute relief massage, but the actual hands-on massage time was nowhere near 90 minutes. My appointment was at 5:00 PM and I arrived early at 4:55. The intake process took so long that I didn’t get into the room until around 5:06, and the massage itself didn’t start until about 5:12. 90 minute massage was 70 minutes. Arrived 15 minutes early to answer their survey to help them cater the massage to my current issues. They couldn’t have done a worse job at doing so. It genuinely felt like she was avoiding where I had complained about. I never leave bad reviews but I just can’t believe they’re getting away with $150 plus tip for a 90 minute massage that was not only 70 minutes, but felt like the laziest most generic massage I’ve ever had.

This review is really for Stephanie - you might think a facial is unnecessary - but just visit Stephanie and you’ll see how amazing your skin could really be. She even has my husband wanting to come in for facials and somehow convinced him SPF is necessary. She’s addressed acne, texture, dark spots - etc for me on brown skin - which isn’t easy to do.
