I booked a last minute relief massage for a strained muscle in my back and neck. The entire staff was great. I passed right by the door and called and they got me directed back. The front desk staff was very friendly and funny. My therapist was very focused on my needs. Definitely a great option to Stay on budget as well.
As a new client was pushed to reschedule, twice. I finally made it to my appt- at another location. i specifically asked for only lower body and feet. The masseuse was lovely but he never touched my feet-he gave a full body massage. This was not what i had requested. this company lacks customer service and of calming environment no music or scents. I do not recommend.
I love this location and the managers, greatest conversations made and my needs are put first
DeAnthony is the best! Front desk people are really nice.
