DeAnthony is the best! Front desk people are really nice.

I attempted to contact the franchise directly, but I did not receive a response. As a result, I'll share my frustration on google. I scheduled a 60-minute massage for 10:00 a.m. and arrived around 9:50 a.m., as instructed, to complete paperwork. I was the first to arrive, but the shop was still closed, despite the posted opening time of 9:00 a.m. After a few minutes, De'Anthony (masseuse) arrived and kindly let me in. Horrible customer service let me start by saying Juan was amazing as a therapist. the bad: I have a membership at a different center booked at west loop (it's near work) finished my massage and was told it was $30 additional "market adjustment " because it was not my home facility and their dues are more....no one called before hand, no one told me when I arrived. they would not waive it! it cuts into workers tips to be charged a adjustment for just under 1/2 of my membership cost!! aweful customer service
