During my recent visits to your establishment to receive services, I have consistently observed unprofessional conduct from the front desk staff, particularly from a blonde haired short women. She has been openly discussing and making negative comments about other staff members in a manner that has made me uncomfortable as a client. Horrible place to go. Worse massage ever, I have pre paid services and I was sent to any location for services. They found my package and this location didn’t honor it. They charge my credit card against my will. So thirsty for money. The massage was a waste of time as well. They make you believe they are a franchise “club “ but they are not.
I booked an appointment at Massage Envy Wicker Park over 30 days in advance as a birthday gift for my husband. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a last-minute cancellation on their end. The spa called to let me know that my therapist could not make the appointment, and the only alternative offered was to rebook me for a different day. Extremely disappointing.
