I was not happy with my experience here at all. I had a man, and I told him about my restless legs and he assumed and asked if they were like that because of amphetamines, not sure if he meant addedal or actual meth. And I was slightly offended but some of the other comments he made about who I might have been as an individual without even knowing who I am. It just wasn’t a good experience at all, this is the second location I’ve gone to I have been unhappy with Just to add to this I’m worse off than when I went in there.
This place is terrible, they canceled my last appointment last minute so I asked to just refund me and cancel my membership. Over 3 months now of attempting to reach the manager & filling out request for cancellation and still they’ve not responded or refunded me. HORRIBLE SERVICE
Everyone is nice. The interior is nice. The aromas smell good. But here is what I didn't like: The therapists hand were rough. He was coughing a few times. 60 minute massage was only about 43 minutes long. I was 10 minutes early but started 10 minutes late and ended early. I asked far harder, but didn't get that. I dont like asking again so that's on me. I asked the price. Was told 80. I tipped 10 because I felt pressure to tip after being asked if I'd like to. But ended up with 102 dollar bill.
