Was a member for a year and enjoyed it but when I went to cancel it I had to tell them “No” over and over again and then my account was still charged! Apparently there is “no way” to refund the money even though I did not know I was going to be charged. You should really inform your clients of the 10 day period especially when they are cancelling due to financial reasons.

Horrible business practices which are predatory in nature and put the member at a complete disadvantage. They charge $80.00/ month for the membership but then if you need to pause the membership you cannot use any credits on your account unless you pay an additional $20.00. If you would like to transfer a credit that you have already paid for to a friend or loved one as a gift, you are charged an additional $10.00 all on top of what you have already paid in membership fees MONTHLY!
