Still hit or miss on the therapist. My last 2 visits have been great.
I want to start by clarifying that my review is primarily based on the cleanliness of the location and my experience with the cancellation process. The massage and facial I received were good, and the staff who provided the services were very friendly. I had great interactions with them, so I give them 5 stars. Actually great experience with the therapists. You get 1 star because your management sucks and he knows it. We went through proper requirements to cancel memberships, came in person to fill out the request, got it approved and like so many others here they continued to keep charging, then we’d call they confirm we were canceled then charge again. Had to put a stop payment and put in fraud alert to our back. Still trying to charge our card. What a scammer. Daniel you should be prosecuted for theft. Never going back.
I got a decent massage the 1st time but if course the masseuse quit. Then I canceled because they have no other decent people, but they keep charging my credit card every month. They are scam artists of the highest order. Then when I call to get them to stop charging me I get what sounds like a 12 year old girl who doesn't know what to do but says she will have someone call me back, but they never do.
