I've had only positive experiences with this location over many years! Recently, I started working with Rochelle, who inspired me to start the monthly membership. I also gifted my spouse one of my sessions with Rochelle, and my spouse had such a great experience, he TOO setup a membership! Her ability to meet both of our needs (we have very different preferences for pressure) is impressive. She makes both of us feel comfortable and she is very professional.
The massages here might be great, but unfortunately, the front desk experience leaves much to be desired. After a scheduling mix-up, the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and unaccommodating. Instead of helping resolve the issue or at a minimum meet in the middle, all she kept saying was, "I could’ve filled that slot, and now my girl lost out on a tip."
