Massage was ok but the obnoxious old lady at the front desk would twist your arm into paying a high gratuity whether you want to or not. She would even sign your card for you...

I booked a package in membership with this location almost a year ago. I scheduled some services for this week not knowing I would have to have surgery. My husband called in front of me to cancel and whoever he spoke with confirmed that it would be canceled however, when I called today due to getting a text message and hadn’t seen the text message yesterday about today’s appointment due to trying to rest from my surgery I explained to them the situation and they still charged me $150.
