Wouldn't go back. I had my 1st massge ever today. The gentleman was nice enough but not what I expected. It hurt a bit. He said it was "supposed to" ummm ok. When I got up to change I notice a pool of lotion was left on my arm. And speaking of lotion.....the back of my hair was full of it when I left. So dissapointing.
Cindy the esthetician was super nice and did a good job. The lady at the front desk was super rude to me when I said I didn’t want to proceed with the membership. Her tone completely switched and she no longer treated me as a customer. I decided I’m no longer going back there because of this. The facials being $165 when I paid for a locked in rate of $85 on the website is also super dishonest to customers. Not to mention $165 for a basic facial is pretty steep.
Wow. I’m very new to Franklin and I just have to say that they are so professional and amazing. Thank you for your service.
