HORRIBLE LOCATION! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Computer system was awful when trying to schedule. Accidentally scheduled an appt same day 53 mins by error...they charged me for missing the appt and the "Manager" Marissa refused to get on the phone to talk to me and made employee Sara relay the news that they would keep my money for missed appt that was scheduled less one hour before the time. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!

Went today (Jan 11, 2026) for a massage. It was my second time going here, and I liked my first experience so much that I decided to book my mother an appointment and bring her with me. What really bothered me about my experience is my mother’s and my interactions with the receptionist.
