I am posting 2 reviews. Ricky is my therapist and he is amazing. He's 5/5 everytime. The management there is a 0/5, it is non existent and they expect you to continue to pay fees even when complaints go unaddressed. I am still awaiting a call back from management from June 20th. They cancelled me and my son's appointment, without notice and no one can tell me who actually cancelled it and why. Third time reaching out, will update later about the resolution process. Very accommodating and communicative folks. I haven't ever had a problem scheduling or asking questions. Ricky is also an absolutely incredible therapist.
I have had alot of massages and Ricky was fantastic got all my knots out of my neck and back! also Lauren was fantastic the best facial I have ever had she made me feel so comfortable!
