Not sure where to start. Poorly ran. Office staff are rude. They try their hardest to get you to sign up for a membership....Don't Do It! There are only two criteria you can cancel it by! I was misled that all I needed to do was provide a statement. Not true! When I called the office the receptionist said "well you should have read the entire contract before you signed it." WOW!. I've been going to Massage Envy for several months now, and I have always had a great experience. The staff is always kind, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. I always look forward to my visits to Massage Envy, and always leave feeling totally relaxed.
