I had been seeing Dr Levingston for 9 years until he moved. This was my first experience with Sarah and Dr Patel. It was a wonderful experience. Sarah was very gentle and I was completely comfortable. 😊
Doctor Koepsel was very good at explaining the process and procedures with me. He was not only very thorough in finding my problem, but he also took the time to explain each step. I appreciate that.
Today I had a new hygienist clean my teeth and we were in a tiny room with instruments set up for a "left handed" person and she was right handed. This required her to reach across me and pull the equipment across my head and face. Many times my hair was pulled and trapped between her body and the chair. She was very nice and helpful but the cleaning experience was not pleasant. I have been coming for years and have had multiple procedures done.
