My experience with Dr. Norige and his staff is always a positive one. When I walk through the door I’m always greeted with an office of smiles eager to take care of me. This visit, on time, I didn’t even get a chance to sit down as my dental hygienist greeted me with nice smile and took me her room. This was my first visit to South Windsor Smiles and I have to say I was impressed. Starting with my phone call to set up the appointment and continuing through my departure from the office the staff was pleasant, compassionate and professional. Regardless of your prior dentist visits, East Wichita Dentist will surprise you, and pleasantly so. Observing waiting rooms is revealing, and EWD's seemed more like a spot where friends had sat down to chat and catch up. The entire staff, from Dr. Koepsel on down, were professionally friendly, seemed to know every patient by name, and were able to patiently answer all questions. Looking for top-drawer dental care? Broke 2 teeth yesterday. Called today, got appointment for today. Dr Carter and team prepared the teeth for new crowns. Temporary teeth in place while new crowns are being made. Return in two weeks to install new crowns. Great job.

Oceanic Dental did a great job giving my teeth a thorough cleaning, as well as filling a small cavity I had acquired. Very pleased with the service!
