Just drove 30 miles for a 945am appointment that they called and confirmed last night about 7pm to find out they moved me to noon. Only reason I drove to this side of town! Sorry was all they would say. Customer service lacking. They should have tried to offer some compensation for the major inconvenience.

I made an appointment a month before Valentine’s Day just to ensure we got the time we needed for our couples massage. Well today is Valentine’s Day and they call me 2 hours before my appointment to say they needed to cancel it. This is extremely unprofessional and completely ruined our day we had planned, I will definitely not be returning.
Chad is the Best!!! Book him, it was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! His hands are extra soft which is a plus in my book, he's gentle and gets the job done!!!
Gloria did a wonderful job with all the knots in my back. Everyone was nice and helpful. Very relaxing, I'll be back.
