First of all, service desk was very nice. I loved them greeting me as I came through the door followed by generosity of help and water. This place had a very soothing atmosphere which by the way this was my first time even inside a massage parlor. The wait wasn’t very long, maybe 5 minutes. I've been to a couple massage envy locations and this is by far my least favorite. Not that they were rude to me but the customer service is lacking!
RecommendedI hurt my back somehow on Friday. I suffered with it all weekend. I called Sunday to see if there was a way I could get an appointment on Monday. They did not have any appointments but put me on a waiting cancellation list. They called me today with an appointment. I gladly took the appointment. It was meant to be! My masseuse’s speciality was my exact problem. It was an amazing massage. I highly recommend Massage Envy.
RecommendedCharlene & Charity are the best, & the only reason I have a membership. I have a massage with either one of these ladies every month! The receptionist are welcoming, & very efficient & knowledgeable. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
