First of all, service desk was very nice. I loved them greeting me as I came through the door followed by generosity of help and water. This place had a very soothing atmosphere which by the way this was my first time even inside a massage parlor. The wait wasn’t very long, maybe 5 minutes. I've been to a couple massage envy locations and this is by far my least favorite. Not that they were rude to me but the customer service is lacking!
I hurt my back somehow on Friday. I suffered with it all weekend. I called Sunday to see if there was a way I could get an appointment on Monday. They did not have any appointments but put me on a waiting cancellation list. They called me today with an appointment. I gladly took the appointment. It was meant to be! My masseuse’s speciality was my exact problem. It was an amazing massage. I highly recommend Massage Envy.
Charlene & Charity are the best, & the only reason I have a membership. I have a massage with either one of these ladies every month! The receptionist are welcoming, & very efficient & knowledgeable. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
