The staff is friendly & caters to your needs. Love the tranquility room. Spa rooms are clean, relaxing, most ambient. Natalie & Dana are awesome massage therapist.
The staff at Massage Envy Snellville was great. I really enjoyed my massage. I would recommend them to anyone.
We had a dispute that didn't go well at all. My wife had her last massage back in 2014 and the clerk told her that it was her last massage. She has not scheduled any since. When we discovered we were being charged every month, five months after that last appointment, my wife called Courtney, the owner. She claimed we had received a confirmation email and phone call each month when the credit card was charged. We never once received the call or e-mail.
