I normally go to the one in Buckhead, but decided to try this location because I was shopping in that area yesterday. The massage itself was nice, but the ladies who worked upfront were rude and not friendly at all. The Buckhead location is better.
Booked a birthday massage for my husband. Therapist never showed. The receptionist I booked with went over IN DETAIL about what I would be charged if I was late or cancelled the appt (even had to put a credit card on file), but yet nothing happens when their own employees don't show?!
The absolute WORST massages I have ever received! My husband bought me a package for my birthday. I tried a different therapist each time, and they were all horrible! One smelled so bad, I asked for aromatherapy ten minutes into the session. Another therapist thought he was a chiropractor and out of no where popped my back! The atmosphere isn't relaxing at all.
