Made an appointment for a couples message for my 21st wedding anniversary. It was not the closest or convenient location but the only one with an available appointment. We plan our entire day to kick off with our 845 am massage. I get here and they booked the appointment for the wrong day and had no openings sending my wife and I out the door with just a “sorry.”

Awful place. Customer service is horrible. Deep tissue therapist do not Know what he was doing. I go to relax and they don't stop talking about personal stuff. You can't cancel your membership if the service is bad. Not to mention overpriced. Stay away.
Always love it here! The staff is very friendly. The place is kept very clean!
Luanne was excellent!!! Made me feel at ease...but didn't talk to much...used just the right amount of pressure....I will definitely go back...everyone we came into contact with was wonderful!
