Massage therapists were great but make sure they cancel your membership when you ask them too. We have been being charged without knowing it. They claim they have no records, will not refund, and when I asked to have my husbands massages transferred to me since we paid for them (27 that they have charged us for since cancelling) they said they would have to charge $10 per transfer. Don’t sign a contract with this company. They make it exceedingly difficult to cancel after your terms are up and will continue to charge your card even when no services are rendered.

A year ago I signed up for their subscription service and I could get an appointment same day if I wanted. Now they are impossible to book. I have tried booking a month in advance and still get cancelled at the last minute due to them telling me the massage therapist doesn't actually work there?! Always A Wonderful Feeling!
My wife treated me to my first ever masage here. I was a bit skeptical and uncomfortable with the idea at first. The staff was great and very accommodating. Brooke was awesome!
Booked an appointment for my husband and me took him back for his massage and 45 mins later still I am waiting. Horrible service. First and last time ever going.
