Don't Waste Your Money – When I arrived for a Sunday morning appointment, the manager was coughing and hacking so much that it was giving me a headache. The entire set-up was pretty tacky, but I figured, OK I can deal with this to get a good, cheap massage. I arrived at 9:50 for a 10:00 appointment because they told me to get there early. Okay, we admit this was a mistake. Although we try diligently to have 100% customer satisfaction?we failed here. This was a mistake that should have been handled more professionally. We no longer employ that particular therapist because of such a lack of professionalism. This was an anomaly. If you were to ask the vast majority of our customers they would tell you about our professional and courteous customer service, which is why we have more than 1000 current members that regularly visit our clinic. wonderful experience – If you like massages don't miss Massage Envy. The massages are terrific and what a bargain. They have a large group of massage therapists to choose from, the place is really nice with heated tables, soothing music and the service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. A must for massage lovers.
Great Place, Great Value – I came across Massage Envy on Citysearch a week ago and decided to give it a try, I figured for 29.95 for a massage why not. I was very impressed with the service that I received and learned that they are open 7 days a week. I would recommend this place for convenience and their value.
