They have hidden rules that their employees don’t discuss with you. Don’t fall for their “wellness” program. It’s a joke and a rip off. I paid in full for massages that i can’t even use. I’m done with massage envy for good. The “manager” said she doesn’t have a manager.
I have seen Kamille at least 3 times now and every time she works her magic.
I love this place from day 1. Nice rooms, friendly staff, very good and professional therapists, lovely manager. I haven't had a single issue with any of the massages I have received in this location. I definitely recommend this place

I filled out a form and cancelled my membership via the Edina location in 2017. Found out that it’s been coming out auto pay and it was never cancelled on the massage envy side. A rep stated I needed to have proof I cancelled even though receipt wasn’t offered to me at the time. I was given multiple excuses including that the location had new owners. I’m very disappointed and would strongly discourage anyone from using their services!
